51年前，我國三大民族先賢基於我國各族團結，和平，公正的精神，成功爲我國爭取了一個有史以來不流血的獨立。但51年后今天，巫統升旗山區會主席阿末依斯還提出“華人寄居”極端言論是完全不能被接受的，更本是一個落伍的思維。今天，我們應專業問政，以“新團隊、新理念、新思維”帶領馬青，主動扭轉不公平的政策。
就像土著特权和固打制存。土著特权和固打制存在是事实，土著人口占绝大多数也是实事，我们可以了解和尊重，但是土著特权和固打制淪落為高官貴爵豪奪國家財富的工具的这个时候，我们要实事求是，我并非建议废除土著特权，而是希望这特权要像那些VIP拥有手枪一样，必需有效的约束和完善的管制。事實上大多數的土著並沒有因土著特权而受惠，仍然是富者越富，窮者越窮，目前的操作肯定不是有效的扶贫政策。所以滥用土著特权已經不再是种族的課題，而是影響國家經濟與教育深遠的問題，是每個馬來西亞人民的問題。不管是国阵或是民联政府都應該在各领域停止或减少使用土著特权或固打制以示淡化种族主义的诚意，表明以國家利益為優先的態度治理國家。
囯陣的原則是以國家利益為重，維護各民族和諧團結，把子民的利益為大前提；所以不管哪一個成員黨違反了囯陣原則包括巫統，應該退出國陣。而維護與堅持囯陣原則的成員黨如馬華更本不需退出囯陣；反之，可以容納與歡迎同樣理念的其他政黨加入。
Fifty one years ago, the ancestors of the three main races of our country successfully achieved a historical bloodless independence for Malaysia based on the spirit of racial unity, peace and fairness. However, on the very day before the 51st Merdeka Day, a radical statement by Ahmad Ismail, chairman for UMNO Bukit Bendera, that Chinese "tumpang" in Malaysia is totally unacceptable to us and the statement must be made out of a senile mind. Today, we, MCA Youth, need to take lead in addressing the unfair policies in a professional manner by way of "New Team, New Ideas, New Notion".
The existence of bumi rights and quota system is an undeniable fact and that bumi forms the majority in Malaysia is also a fact that we cannot deny, the fact of which we duly understand and respect. However, it is also a fact that these bumi rights and quota system are abused by some rich, influential people and high ranking officers as a tool to exploit the wealth of the country. I would like to make it clear that I am not proposing to abolish the bumi rights and quota system. What I want to emphasise is that these special privileges, just like those VIP having firearm licence, need to be properly and effectively controlled. As a matter of fact, most of the bumis do not benefit from these bumi rights and quota system and as a result of which, the rich is getting richer while the poor is getting poorer. This proves that the existing mechanism is not an effective means to eradicate poverty. Hence, the abuse of the bumi rights and quota system is not a matter of racial issue but rather having a far reaching impact on the country's economy and education, a problem faced by each and every Malaysian. In the interest of the country, both BN or Pakatan should stop or reduce using the bumi rights and quota system in all sectors so that the racial problem could be effectively addressed.
The underlying principles of BN are to safeguard the interest of the country, people and promote racial harmony . Therefore, should any of the BN component parties, even if it is UMNO, goes against that underlying principles, that component party should withdraw from BN while those who abide by the said principles like, MCA, have no reason to withdraw from BN. On the contrary, I urge that the door of BN should be open to those who share the same ideas.
